Airforce denying higher education other than their preferred institute

26-Nov-2023 (In Armed Forces Tribunal Law)
Sir, is any organisation (air force) can denied for higher education like UG & PG. Air Force is not giving permission for higher education to their employees other than their JAMIA MILLIYA ISLAMIYA UNIVERSITY which gives only BA and BBA degree. Air Force has decided a criteria for their employees for higher education , their is grading system in air force internal premonition exam according to that if any person having more than 80-85%, is only eligible for higher education. Other than that air force is not giving permission for higher education. Pls suggest me what will i do for higher education.

You need to take out the policy issued by the Air Force in this regard. Then the policy may be challenged. You are governed by AF Act and your rights and privileges are restricted. You may discuss the case with me.

Sir/Madam,
It seems that Air Force is in transition stage and its higher/policy making officials are afraid of the talent exhibited by airmen. The present policy is part of that mind and it can be challenged in high court.

Dear concerned,
I can understand the real problum but now time has come to challenge this policy and warn the policy makers specially on this issue because it is complete violation of the IC and you have to pull up your socks and to approach a strong openion maker advocate for the same and wait for all the best.
Regards.
