wp is pending in high court on termination of petrol pump as per mdg

My petrol pump is terminated on 2010 basis of minor offence in mdg 2005.but government had changed mdg in 2012 and withdrawn termination for that offence in 2012.now can I will get relief in high court as per new mdg 2012 rule .case is pending since 2011 in high court.
No direct relief made out against new rule of 2012. As on date of offence 2010 the old rule of 2005 was applicable. Hence no benefit can given but you can take a chance. .
