Sir percentage criteria in govt exam not right ...recently even hc of up intervened in a decision by up govt in upsi vacancy percetntage criteria...it is violation of our FR..exam lik afcat indian coast guard barrred us to take exam..even upsc do not ask for percentage
You may file a writ under article 226 constitution of india and chalange percentage criteria for indian coast guard services . You can say in writ petition that percentage criteria is clear cut violation of fundamental right mentioned in constitution of india.
