Dear sir/madam
Terms of your contract play a vital role. If there is some genuine difficulties on your part from performing your duties eg: medical issues etc due to which a person is not able to perform his duties under contractual obligation than in that event the contract can not be binding on you.
Apart from the above details of your contract bond will be required to understand clauses contained therein.

Dear Sir/Madam,
It seems in your contract there was an arbitration clause for dispute redressal and accordingly an arbitrator has been appointed to decide the issue between you and the company with regard to your appointment. You will have to contest the proceedings before the Arbitrator and present your case as to why you have left the company and why you are not liable to pay Rs 2,00,000/-. The Arbitral will thereafter pass an award on the issue which will final and binding not the parties subject to Appeal. Do not worry you will not be liable to pay the amount of Rs 2,00,000/- upfront, engage a advocate who can represent you in the proceedings before the Arbitrator.

Dear sir, this seems to be usual contracts signed by companies. I think may be they are asking for cost for training. You should inquire about hearing and get details. send a letter through your lawyers. Immediately they will stop all this nonsense.
