Seeking for refund from institute how can I get it

i want to state that i enrolled myself in XX for 2 years class room programme and paid all the fees in advance.but i am not satisfied with the faculty and want a refund. On the admission form it was written fees once paid is non refundable.am i eligible for refund if yes then how?
Hi as you are not satisfied with the faculty and have already enrolled we can file a case in the consumer court for the refund plus we can add other charges including advicate fees and other charges plus the loss you have suffered
