Remedy in case Arbitration order not Fulfilled by Other Party.

An agreement arrived before the private arbitrators on 13.11.1999. I have to quit four partnership firms as partner and the other party has to pay 12.40 lakhs. I cooperated with him and he immediately changed all the partnership firms into Limited company and he has not paid the money which he has promised. When he asked me to transfer a plot admesuring about 1360 sq.yd. I demanded the money as per agreement with 18 percent interest. From the last 18years I am requesting him for payment. Now he is resigning as Managing Director and his son becoming the MD. Will there be any hope to get the money.
