Sir, this will depend on how the Arbitration clause is worded. However, if it is absolutely silent on the aspect as to what is the seat of arbitration (the term used under the act). The fact as to where the cause of action has arisen would be relevant for the purposes of determining the seat/ place of arbitration.

The signing of the agreement shall resolve your dispute with respect to the place of the arbitration. If this remains in dispute then the arbitrator can help this out. Still, it's not resolved then the court will appoint the arbitrator and the place.
