One time settlement of ex director of co op bank

Dear lawyers.
i am ex director of a co op bank since last 25 years . now i want to settle my loan account under one time settlement scheme laid by rbi ,but as ex director they are not allowing to settle . due to health issues and business loss i was not able to close the account . now my childrens wants to pay the loan under ots scheme , but the amount is too high with interest calculated . pls guide me the way out . thanks in advance .any way out please help me .
