Note to show cause WHY EXECUTION SHOULD NOT BE ISSUED

I garuntee for some one.he not paid the amount to the company. They send a show cause notice for my salary attachment U/sec 36 of the arbitration and conciliation. So i need an legal help to exemption form this issue.

it appears that you were not aware of arbitration proceedings against you and also the appeal period under section34 of arbitration act has also expired.
so, the execution proceedings have been initiated against you under section 36.
you should consider filing an appeal in district court along with condone delay petition . court may impose directions asking you to pay 50% of claim amount and then grant stay till disposal of appeal.
