I Received Arbitration Notice For Credit Card Default.

Bank appointment Arbitrator notice received.i am unable to pay the credit card payment due to business loss.my intention is clear to pay the amount but now income source is zero.hiw can I cancel arbitration appointment?
You cannot cancel arbitrator appointment. When you get the award by post, challenge it and get it stayed from the Court of Law. Section 34 of the arbitration act. You need to file a stay application alongwith this application. You may contact us for more details
