How to get resignation of commission or pre mature separation from AF?

I am a pilot with 4 years of service, I have applied for resignation of commission on extreme compassionate grounds stating my mother's depression. Haven't received favorable remarks , can I file a case and what are the chances of me getting resignation, if yes.l, would I have to pay and how much?

You will first have to give a formal representation to the department explaining the reasons for your resignation. Also, you will have to ask for all the benefits within your employment. Though it should not happen that you still do not get the benefits pursuant to the above representation but in case it still happens we will have to file a case.
