Can The Arbitration Fee be exempted after High Court had remanded back case for filing fresh arbitration at NSE Chennai? Aplicant/ Claimant had paid earlier the due Arbitration fee atNSE CHENNAI at the Time of first arbitration held at NSE, which was falsely set aside by earlier NSE Arbitrator, after having needful three hearings and needful submmisions as "MATTER TIME BARRED".
You have to file the application by explaining the matter before the tribunal with your lawyer by asking exemption on the stated reasons by you in the above lines. Hence, it is too early to discuss here .
