FD amount to be paid against gold

My gold was stolen and its recovered. My lawyer has verbally told me to pay FD of 1 lakh rupees but no notice is issued yet. What do I do if I am unable to pay 1 lakh rupees. He says I have only 30 days to pay or have to face charges from the court. Can I meet the magistrate personally without the lawyer and explain the situation?

you cannot meet the magistrate and if u try to meet u will be scolded. u say that ur gold was stolen and recovered. it seems that to take back the stolen gold from the court ur advocate has to file a petition for return of property. for taking back the property court orders you to submit surity depending on the calue of gold. if u pay the suirty by way of amount the amount will be kept in a Fd with the court.
