Does losers have to pay for winers arbitration cost like system followed by English rule in Europe or regardless of results both side have to accept their own cost in India?India follows Which system?

Hi, Actually Arbitration will be based on the agreement between the parties. There is no strict rule which is followed here but if the arbitration clause didn't give clarity then the usual practice is the loser to bear the cost that doesn't mean it is the rule.
