Eeenadu rural reporter Nuzendla writing wrong news against me and harassing .how can I issue notice to him Hari prasad peedi Head master retired Zphs Nuzendla
For this case,it amounts to defamation which attracts both civil and criminal liability. You can send a legal notice to the news paper and then file a suit in the civil court seeking compensation and file a case in the criminal court against the concerned person
