Bank Account On Hold Through Private letter Of Recovery Person

My bank account is on hold through private letter of recovery person. Bank do not have any court decree to apply this hold on my bank account. Also, hold has been put on full amount apart from the amount mentioned in the private letter.
Well, I can assist you in putting your specified amount in your Bank Account not on hold or to defreeze your Bank Account, if it has already been freezed by either Bank or any other concerned Authority. Bank needs to follow instructions of Court or/and Police as per the law to put on hold any amount or to freeze it, it cannot act on the private letter of a Recovery Agent/Person.
