What is the Possibility of Bail for a A3 accused person?

07-Jan-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
A relative of mine has been arrested under IPC 338 and is a A3 and we are looking for help as the local court as rejected the bail plea. And also the other accused are also present. Is it possible that we can apply bail for individual or should we be applying for the group of 4

It is highly advisable to approach Hon'ble High Court for Anticipatory Bail, And the chances are also very high as the accused person is A3. If we file separately its better and it totally depends on case to case and the involvement in the case. If its just a mere allegation we can approach in group and can seek bail accordingly.

hi
it is better to apply for regular bail individually given that A3 has better chance for bail and also judges when considering bail applications, they look at individual character and conduct , attending trial , not absconding etc. so better to apply separately
