01-Jul-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
I have been in relation with my partner for 1 year . Though there is no comitment but he confess that he loves me. But when i come to know that he cheated on me he started abuse me. And it happens for 7-8 months. Now he left me. But i cant overcome from this. So should i sue him for this mental harrasment??
hi, in your case firstly you have to be mentally strong and you are not then definitely there is another possibility to be cheated again, and in your case there is no gain if you file a simple case, if you file a serious allegation against him then you can hackle him. though it will bring your modesty down, which i think is not desireable at all
