Q: Which marks card I will submit for promotion
Iam appointed government teacher in year 2010 on the basis of pg but i did revaluation og graduation in 2004 in revaluation one percent marks decrease but I used original marks card of graduation for appointment my merit according to original marks card is 37.71 and according to revolution marks card my merit is 37.61 the cutoff is 37.49. And many candidates from the waiting list joined department after six months are below my revaluation marks card merit.

स्थायी और अस्थायी निषेधाज्ञा लेने की कोशिश करेंगे, इसलिए कैविएट लगवा कर तैयार रहिए और ज़मीन के बटवारे और चकबंदी के काग़ज़ तैयार रखिए। और हो सके तो पहले ख़ुद ही केस दायर करके उसको हस्तक्षेप करने से रुकवाने की निषेधाज्ञा / stay ले लीजिए। निषेधाज्ञा हेतु प्रथम दृष्ट्या मामला , सुविधा का संतुलन और अपरिवर्तनीय क्षति दिखाना आवश्यक होता है।

You can pursue litigation for Eviction and also under Senior Citizens Act on behalf of your Mother! The property not being evicted is resulting in rent loss probably if they’re not paying rent now, yiu can recover that through demand of mesne profit!

जब तक गवाह की गवाही के विरुद्ध पुख्ता आपराधिक प्रवत्ति या बुद्धिपूर्वक अपराध का पोषण करना ना दिखे तब तक गवाह को ज़िम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जा सकता है। A witness cannot be held liable for his role until criminal nature in his act can be determined or it can be determined he knowingly allowed an illegality or unlawful activity to be perpetuated through his ratification as a witness.
