how to avoid Anticipated arrest.

02-Aug-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
One of my relatives has been wrongly implicated in a financial fraud case in his office. he was subsequently suspended and threatened of legal action by his manager. He later was told to pay the money which the office allegedly lost in the said fraud. He is fearing police action, as a case has now been filed by the office. Kindly advise what he needs to do to avoid legal trouble.
