Can i object anticipatory bail?

Sessions court has passed an order of Anticipatory bail in 498A case. Can i object the bail in the same court? If yes then how and if No then where can i object and in how many days? Please help

if bail is allowed you cannot challenge the order in the same Court . you have to challenge that order before the Hon'ble High Court by way of Criminal Application whereby you can point out the grounds why the Accused should not grant the bail considering the offence committed by him.

if thr bail has already been granted, you can appeal against the same before the high court. if it is still pending in the same court and only interim has been granted, you can object to the granting of the same before the sessions court by way of an intervention.

if your are the victim in a criminal complaint. you may press an application for appointment of assist to public prosecutor and oppose the bail. The victims must demonstrate the disadvantage of not granting bail and should place evidence on record.
