Can anticipatory bail be applied in different city?

I suspect that I am going to be harassed in a dowry case. I wish to apply for anticipatory bail. The case might be filed in a different state Vijayawada(Andhra Pradesh) and I live in Bellary(Karnataka). So can I get anticipatory bail in Bellary District Court, and use it in Vijayawada (Andhrapradesh), when the FIR gets filed?
yes you can apply for an anticipatory bail in bellary district court but you should have some address proof so that the court gets jurisdiction to grant bail, so file anticipatory bail petition in bellary district court.
