Sir, If we have the FIR No. we can move to the High Court for Anticipatory Bail. For the civil case you do not need any Anticipatory Bail, it is only needed for the criminal case. The Anticipatory Bail Application will be filed before the High Court and the same is heard expedite

You can file Anticipatory bail in at sessions courts regs your fir u/s 420 asap …it is filed under section 438 CrPC …u can be in touch with us for further information ..we need to know your jurisdiction n accordingly
