Anticipatory bail getting rejected by session court

20-Nov-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
Hi. I have a false 498A, 323,506,34 registered against myself and my parents by my wife who is not living with me from past 12yrs and it's been almost 13yrs we are married. I had applied for an anticipatory bail two months ago in Session court at Madhya Pradesh however my bail application was rejected sitting reason as absconding with case reference M.P v/s Pradip Sharma (2014)2 SSC 171. This bail application was only for my parents. Notice sec41 was given and accepted by my parents still police in there dairy are reporting us as absconder. Due to COVID lockdown we were unable to travel to MP from Pune after taking the notice. Now I have filled a fresh application in Gwalior High court. Please advise what case reference should be provided and how can police term us as absconder in spite of accepting the notice. Kindly help

there are many judgements where in on the ground of age the bail has been granted by the lower as well as the high court. first of all we have to look at the facts of the case in order to ascertain that whether the case of relevant sections is made out against you and your parents.
