Anticipatory bail and 41a notice.

05-Oct-2023 (In Anticipatory Bail Law)
Hello all, I am from Bangalore, have been issued 41a notice and awaiting anticipatory bail to be provided. Is there any chance that we are arrested when we go to the police station when they call for us? Fyi The threat from the police is that if we don't get anticipatory bail by one week they'll arrest us. They had arrested us and put us in a cell. They said they'll hand us over to judicial custody and blackmailed us. They extorted 35k rs to issue 41a.
