How much it will cost for anticipatory bail and is the amount is refundable
Anticipatory bail is to be sought under section 438 Crpc when a person is apprehending arrest on FIR be filed against him. So far as cost is concerned it varies from lawyer to lawyer depending upon their experience . No it is not refundable.

It can range upto from 40k to 70k for an anticipatory bail and yes the amount can be recovered in the another case as a counter claim from the other party but that depends on the nature of the case which has been filed against you and the remedy they are seeking.
