Q: What to do if i have been accused of false rape charges

Rape FIR filed by lady in September 2016 stating that she was raped by a person in June 2010. He clicked some objectionable photos of her and through blackmail continued to rape her. He also forced her to have physical relation with his friends and business partner in Jan & Feb 2012. She does not know them but can identify them. The lady did not mention my name in FIR but in statement under Section 164 before magistrate the next day, she stated that in Jan and Feb 2012, I was one one of the business friends. The truth is I have never met the lady. The police have filed the chargesheet and have included my name in it. In the chargesheet, the police have mentioned that I had accepted my crime and then they arrested me (I had taken bail and it was paper arrest, with bail bond). What should be my defence?

hi the answer to you query is, that you had just taken bail, and the trial has just started , this is the right ti me for you to take appropriate acction to save yourself, chargesheet has been filed and now the first fight will be whether the charge is made out against you or not and that can be only made out by breaking the charge sheet. and then the arguments have to be addressed that how the charge is not made out agianst you. very pivotal /crucial stage for you to act

Q: Girl threatening to file case staying in live in relation

I am in a relation with a girl and we live in an apartment from last 2 years. i promised her to get married but from last 6-8 months i realized her behaviour is not okay and she always tries me to be her slave by shouting on me unecessarily and she always takes lot of money from me. i told her that i will not marry you then she threatens me that she will lodge FIR against me. i need to get out of this. Please help me, what to do? Religion - HINDU, 25 yr old

Q: What to do if the result has not been fully uploaded

I have been shortlisted for a post in delhi deppt whose exam was conducted by DSSSB. I have uploaded my e-dossier also. They have issued a advt for 290 posts in which 109 was for general candidates. They have issue a final list till date for only 98 candidates. Still there are 11 seats vacant in tbe general category. My roll no was not there. I m lagging behind by only point 75(.75) marks from the candidates whose roll no appears in the last list. Seats are still vacanct. I want to know whether i will get this job. Will i won the case or not? How much chances are there?

Yyou have all the valud visble chsnces provided you have to present yourself and show your bonafode, yes you can join the case, therr s no barr to it, you require proper guidance and need to knw the procedures for the appointment

Q: What can be done if vendor doesn't provide service under a contract

We selected the website developer to build a website for us, we both the parties signed the written contract with terms such as what would vendor provide us and how would we release the payment as per schedule. We paid the vendor as per the contract even vendor didn't deliver what was promised in the contract. Still we paid to keep the momentum going, after getting the payment second time from us, they stopped working on our website without any notice, they used to say that the developer is on leave or out of town, sometime they used to say that whatever the amount we have paid they have delivered for the value or sometime they say that we are asking for upgraded features, but they never used to share what are those upgraded features we are asking for? Now they have sent another quotation and asking us to pay more if we want our website. They are not talking about the contract which was signed in sep2017 with their stamp on it. What action can we take against them?

see concerning about your dealing with the company you have to heads open to yourself as you entered into a registered agreement with the company, what 1st you can do is file suit for specific performance of contract for furthering with the terms of the contract entered between you and the company AND the second option is, you cant file a complaint in the local police station of forgery and cheating as well you have the remedy available.

Q: Damp in house as resident places water tank causing water retention

..i am a resident in delhi ..i am staying at third floor..person on second floor has forcefully placed a water tank on the terrace..whereas we have the floor rights..due to which we have water retention and our terrace is having damp in our house..she was legally supposed to just place only on tank..secondly if we lock the terrace she jumps from our neighbours terrace...this person is in police so he harrases us..please let me know what legal action i may take against them

First you can complain the same off to the police station n local authorities, and then u can file a suit in the court for injunction where in ull plead that he may be restricted from doing any act which is harmful to you
