Q: REFUND OF SURETY AMOUNT (FIXED DEPOSIT)

Sir, Even though the high court quashed the criminal case filed against me and orders passed and submitted to the trial court, my advocate is saying that i have to wait for 30 days / appeal period to get refund of the surety amount (Fixed Deposit) from the trial court. My high court advocate said that there is no such time limit to get refund of the surety amount after the criminal case quashed by the high court / supreme court, as the case may be. Which one of the above 2 statements is correct?

The trial court is the main court where your case was filed and dismissed, so you read the judgement of the lower court, they will mention in the copy the period you have to wait to withdraw your fd and other documentsif they

Q: Granddaughters right in Grand fathers property as per Muslim Law

my grand father property is on my fathers name. i have 3 sisters married and well settled. my father telling that, he will prepare the papers like that property will be mine after his death. is there any problem later? my sisters can ask share in that property. Are they have right in grand fathers property?

Yes, though it is the property of grand father it is on the name of father and though sisters are well settled they have rights on the property. Father cannot write the will, he can only gift the property. The option is that you can talk with your sisters and if they agree then only you can get that property
