Q: False Case With Sec 498 (A), 406, 323, 506 IPC and sec 3,4 DP Act 1961

My Wife File filed above section on me along with my I)Mother(A2) II)Father(A3) III) Cousin brother (No blood relation) (A4) IV) Cousin Sister who is married (No blood relation) (A5).A4 & A5 never visited my home & Nor stay with me or my family.I Came to know that in charge sheet my wife putting all the blame on my cousin sister stating she is the reason for disputes between me and my wife, She also trying to prove every one that we are having illegal relationship. My sister never visited my home. She hardly spoke with me just once in a 15 days or so. How to remove my cousin brother and sister name from FIR. Quash will be help full ? What will court look at while Quashing.

yes u can file for quash petition in this case except a1 a2 a3. remaing ppl will be quash in high court. It's better to apply as early as possible I mean before filing chagesheet. which police station it is

Q: I got cheated from by boyfriend and now he is blackmailing me

Am in love with him since 6 years, he used to behave as good person , but recently when I went to write my exam of upsc I met him, after that I came to know that he laready married a girl illegally since 8 years but I lasted for only 3 days , and he had illegal affair with 2 other girls and he tried my sister too but she escaped, so my sister told me this incident after my parents agreed for our mrge, so now I am interesed in him , he cheated me, now I told him a lie that I got married and forget me, but he is not believing and blackmailing me about our kissing pics that he would show them to my dad, what I need to do sir please help me, and am an IAS aspirant I don't want to file any complaint which spoils my career.

you dont want to file any case against him. just give a complaint against him at near by police station. they will solve your problem without filing a case against him. seriously it will work for you. dont scare you are a IAS aspirant. you need to take it as a challenge n solve it. better luck. thnq

yes you can apply physical filing now. now courts in hyderabad and rangareddy family courts accepting physical filing. in mutual divorce no online filing why because parties need to sign in court register.
