Q: Restraining order against in laws and wife

I have a a matrimonial dispute going on. My wife try to invade my brother's house against which we have a police complaint. I have filed a defamation case against my wife and in laws.Can I obtain a restraining order against my wife and in laws forbidding any contact with me, my family or my workplace?

send them a legal notice asking for your rightful claim as there is mandate of government as well not to stop the payment of employees in the pandemic period. therefore you can very well ask for your rightful cliams

Q: xparte in divorce case filed by husband

my hindu wedding was done in 2007 and no child from this wedlock. we both are working in pvt job. my husband filed divorce suit against me in 2018 on ground of cruelty. our counselling not settled in court. Replication filed and issues framed. i become x-parte after that in starting months of 2020 with think it will be settle between both of us by time with family support, so avoid self involvement in case proceedings.on the other side my in laws filed case to make house vacate from me and my husband and after proceedings judgement was given to their favour in end of 2020. i moved to my maternal home in starting months of 2021 but my belongings is still there in in laws house.1 would like to know what are the sufficient cause to set aside xparte in divorce case 2. can they force me to vacate the place and remove my belonging from there3. after xparte divorce decison can i apply to high court or challenge it somehow

you need to file a separate case under DV Act to avoid vacation of place and in so far as setting aside divorce is concerned, the same need to be applied before thr Hon'ble High Court after appreciating the order passed by family court and the reasons for setting aside the same.

Q: Car Challan Of 51k To Be Filed At The Earliest

Hi. I got a challan of 51k for my car. I just saw it online and saw it has 24-25 challans of 2000 each. It shows a different picture on the virtual court website. Need guidance and help asap as I have to sell my car and buy a new one. Thanks. Looking forward to an early response and help.

you need to move to court to disposal of challans by way of appropriate application or lok Adalat as and when organized by the delhi state legal service authority. Lok Adalat are being organized twice every year, whereas, Application to the court can be made anytime of the disposal of challans
