Q: How to invalidate talaq under talaq e hasan

Husband sent talaq letters under talaq e hasan.He wrote allegations in all grounds.Husband signed in that letter and two witnesses also signed.He sent iddah maintenance.Wife doesn’t want divorce.How the wife invalidates this talaq in family court ?What are the reasons court can invalidate talaq

A talaq can be made null under certain circumstances, primarily related to its validity and revocation. Essentially, if the talaq was pronounced incorrectly or if the husband later reconciles with the wife, the divorce can be rendered invalid or revoked. If the husband can speak but pronounces the talaq in writing, it's considered void under Shia law. If you are able to prove that your husband did not genuinely intend to divorce you when pronouncing the talaq, it may be considered null. Q: Husband refuses to give divorce but also won't support me

I'm hindu female. Love marriage. I was 3 months pregnant when we married. Husband and inlaws abandoned me within a month of marriage because he had debts and he couldn't spend for me. Under my father's care I gave birth to my boy now 2 yrs old. My husband will not give me divorce(he will say he needs us) but he is not willing to support me or my son. Till now he lives with in laws.How to handle this problem

We can file a RCR petition before the appropriate family court and followed by a Maintenance claim petition before the same court. The Court will definitely grant you the relief you seek for maintenance. The maintenance may be payable monthly or one time settlement, what ever you feel is legit for your family.
