Q: Humiliated by police and people for bringing girlfriend in flat

My girl friend was come to my flat .some colony people object humiliated both ND some beaten up to we both adults The police behavior same they also abused and humiliated And lastly police take money and leave me So what can I do against some people aur police

you can file a complaint to the higher police authorities and if they dont take any action, then you can approach the court of metropolitan magistrate or the high court by filing different appropriate proceedings

Q: Salary and other allowances for adhoc employees

Hi I am a adhoc employee for 89 days in a hospital recruit as a paramedical staff since September 2016. From starting 6 months we get the full salary as other contractual employees of govt. Of nct of delhi were getting. But from march we are not getting the allowances now i want to know that can i claim for the allowances.

you must be having your appointment letter with you and proofs of your continuance. On the basis of those documents you can file a case in Central Administrative Tribunal, for claiming your salary and other benefits

Q: Work done but payment terms not clarified

My employer employed me as a technical supervisor for events, the payment discussion for which was put pending by the employer due to work commitments from their side. apart from technical supervision, I had to do labor work of transportation too for the equipment which was not mentioned, do I have any grounds of benefit?

If you had any contract in writing or if you have any proof of the workdone by you, then you can file a case. Without any proof, no case or action would be maintainable. So examine your grievance from that perspective.

Q: Remedy against long working hours & threatening if not agreed with

A boss makes employees work for a duration, longer than the one laid out and issues veiled threats otherwise. Also, he denies authorised quantum of leave in a calendar year. What is the remedy?

If it is a private company, then the employee would be required to approach labour Court and labour officer. If it is a Govt. office then different procedure to be adopted, which would be as per the applicable rules and regulations.

Q: Procedure to join back after dismissal of service in case of fraud

Actually my sister is working in a bank . she has committed a fraud while working and when it was traced out , we paid all the money back to the bank . But the bank in turn after getting all the amount has dismissed her from the service. I want to write an appeal to higher authorities for giving her one more chance.

Appeal is always provided under the rules. Only return of the amount will not absolve your sister. She will be required to prove her innocence. Your appeal has to be prepared in accordance with rules and regulations. If appeal is not allowed then case has to be pursued in the Court.
