Q: Can time be granted for payment of credit card dues

Hi, today, i got a email from a lawyer regarding Legal Demand Notice on behalf of our client RBL Bank Ltd. I need some time for payment my dues plz suggest me what should i do.

Two things you are required to do: first, give appropriate reply to the legal notice. Second, approach your banker and ask for settlement of your account. Your bank will probably give you some reasonable time for repayments.

Q: Builder provided bad quality flat and refusing repairs

i have purchased 2BHK flat in july 2017 from a private builder, now from last 10 days there is water leackage from ceiling and electricity board, now builder saying that these are not our fault and you have to complete this problem at your end at your cost. i am very much frustrated and depressed, i invest my all life saving for this flat and with 6-7 months i am facing these type of major problem, i am also paying my home loan EMI on time. please please help me.

You have two remedies, you can approach either civil court or consumer forum for relief. You need not worry just initiate legal proceedings. All your issues would be resolved. Before this your documents are required to be checked

Q: Legal action against mental torture & black mail with private videos

Hello sir, i am seeking for the righteous action taken against someone who is torturing me mentally. I had a friend and once we got intimate when we were intoxicated. Out of my knowledge he recorded a video of our sexual act. When I tried to cut off contacts with him he tried to blackmail me through those clips. He wanted to get intimate with me once again. He told me that he wants to get intimate once again and after that he will not bother again. Out of my stupidity, I did it but now he is stalking me again and again. He is threatening to kill me and my family and also to expose those videos in public very soon, if I will not get intimate with him at the time he wants have intimation. I would like to get rid off him. I have all the messages where he has threatened me to murder and continuously told me to have intercourse with him.BUT I don't want to involve my parents into this. Thugh my mother knows he is stalking me but she doesn't know the whole story. Kindly suggest me something

You should immediately file a police complaint against him for offences i.e. rape, intimidation, sexual assault etc and get an FIR registered against him and if FIR is not registered then go for criminal complaint case.
