Even though the document which was not registered, the buyer of the property is having absolute rights over the property. The property possession was delivered to the buyer. The Buyer is in possession since 25 years. The total amount was received in rupees by the seller. The possession was delivered to the buyer. It clearly shows that the buyer is the absolute owner and has rights over the property
Q: Consequences for not taking a Lawyer notice.
HiI would like to know what will be the consequences if I did not take a lawyer notice.is it punishable?I was not present to take from the post man.he has left a letter at my home to take it from head post office within 5 working days or else it will be returned back to the senders address.Will the lawyer again send second time if his notice is returned back to him or he is free to file a case against me.
