Q: Illegal termination without giving any reason, not paid my salary

I was interviewed and selected by my principal employer a US based company as a Service Delivery Manager on the pay roll of 3rd party. My principal employer took my job By conspiring with Securitas and terminated me .My employer didn't issue me my appointment letter even after repeatedly requesting during my service. After terminating me, they fabricated my backdated appointment letter with my fake signatures mentioning 1 month notice period sent me through email. I worked for 7 months.

Q: About loan emi default and cheque bounce

Hello I have loan account with electronica finance and they said your guarantor cheque was bounce and we have warrant if three emi not paid in next three days we will warrant issued and but guarantor account is blocked and no notice she got and after call he send me notice in WhatsApp and date is of 30 August 2025

Q: Married in Nov 2025, now wife doesn't wants to stay with my mother

I married in Nov 2025. Currently residing in Gurgaon for my work with my wife who is a housewife and has ZERO income. My house is in Kolkata. My mother comes in summer around march and leaves for kolkata in winters after Diwali. My wife is pregnant now (1 month) but she doesn't want to stay with my mother. She said when mother comes she would like to go back to her father's house and when mother leaves she would come back again to stay with me. There has been no conflict but still facing this

ok.. plz urgent meet me. i can send u my office address. and my no also. in your matter. your wife doesn't want stay with u but what what do u dont want to stay with her or divorce her. if u want divorice you can file contested divorce or you want to stay with her then u can file a petition u/s -9 of HMA... but these type of discussion is lengthy discussion. so u can meeet me ASAP. On 28 Dec 2025 in Gurugram, police detained me and my friend for drinking near a wine shop, noted our details, took Aadhaar photos, and released us saying no action would follow. After two months, I received a call to appear near Rajeev Chowk with a surety, without any FIR or written notice. I seek advice on legality, need for bail/lawyer, and correct steps.

.. it's very short time for separation but you can send a legal notice to him. aap Unse share kar sakte hain jo bhi problems Hain Jo Bhi Jis tarike se bhi aapke bich Mein dispute Hain family Ke Jo aapke husband wife ke bich Mein but minimum Agar mutual consent Ki Baat Karun to divorce ke liye minimum Dedh Sal Ka separation chahie hota hai to Abhi to aapko 6 days Hue Hain To yah not sufficient ground for a diverse but aap ek notice ke jarie unko inform kar sakte hain ki kya problem hai kis tarike se aap log adjust ho sakte ho kya hai
