Q: Does domestic violence case against my brother affect my govt job

Hello sirI recently got selected for a government job not yet joined.Before joining, the department has asked fill few details in which I came across "have you ever been prosecuted?'In regard to this, there was a false domestic violence case filed by sister in law against my elder brother and entire family in 2015.However,the case has been settled in 2016. Does this past horror incident still affect my government job ?Please reply to this sir I am going through lot of confusion and anxiety issues. It will be a great help as I worked hard for long to get selected for this job

Hiyou have mentioned that domestic violence case was filed against your brother and your family. wether your name included in that case and one more question that you said that the matter was settled that means is it in comprise mode. what the court has recorded while at that time of closing your case your question was incomplete so if you want get clarity regard it make me whatsapp msg or contact me directly after 6pm

In FIR filed by police constable, my brother name is included without involving in crime. He is not there at the time crime. FIR number: 248/2021. City/District: Rachakonda. What are the options available to get out of this problem?

if it is a false case and you want to get out of this false case you can approach high court by filling quash petition were if high court satisfied on the grounds you were filed the high court quashes your FIR so that your case will be closed or get acquittal
