Q: tell me how to proceed in these situations

In a criminal case no 157/2023 (incident of tearing of flexi) I am three accused with me. For that, the police issued a 41A notice to me. For that I submitted the attendance certificate to the investigating officer that I was on duty on the day of the incident. But I came to know that my name is being called along with them in the court trials. I have not received any notices from the person who has not appeared in the court so far but by post. Can you tell me how to proceed in these situations.

Advocate Srinivas Khammam answered
you got 41 a notice menas you are also one of the accused , and submitting your attendance certificate to police is not making you free from case, you have to prove your absence in the court of law at the stage of trial, for further information kindly contact me , I will clarify whatever doubt you have and we can proceed further

My principal mis used 40 lakhs government fund of my school and repayed back with savings bank interest after 5 years. We came to know now that he indulged in fraud. But his lawyer saying that though he mis used for himself he paid back with interest ,so there won't be a strong case of 420 and 406 .Is it correct according to law.we got all proofs against him as well as his self acceptance of embezzling funds

Advocate Srinivas Khammam answered
