Q: Filing a divorce case due to domestic violence.

Looking for filing a case of divorce for my sister. The grounds are domestic voilence, physical, emotional and mental harassment and dowry. My sister is a homemaker and her husband works with an MNC. This is about treating my sister badly since she does not work and earn. He is always showing her low and mistreating her due to this and finally the marriage went from bad to worse.

Q: In laws hide the fact that the groom is patient of depression

My sister's marriage held on 6th of May and her in laws hide the information that groom is suffering from depression from last 5 years. Also after knowing this information after marriage they hide the documents which were the evidence. please help. religion Hindu

You can file divorce petition and ask for alimony if u don't want to continue with the relationship .

Q: Sister in law physically assault me no action taken by police

I was physically assaulted by my sister-in-law (jethani) in fornt of my husband, and he also beaten me so i could not complaint, i filed a complaint only against her but delhi police not taken any action against her. Now i have been living with my parents how can i get justice and i also want divorce? I have all the document where i was admitted after that incident, where clearly mentioned that physically assaulted by sister in law.

Q: Mental harassment and extra marital affair by husband

I have got to know that my husband had an affair before our marriage which he continued after the marriage also... Because of which he never gave me a place of wife and now he is trying to prove our families that he has been an ideal husband by still I am being complaining...I know about his affair but don't have any proof...also now I have come back to my parent's place. Please suggest what I am supposed vto do now?

Hi, you can file a divorce if u want so u can ask for maintenace or alimony . If u want to stay with your husband only then you need to find out whether he is staying with her if yes then you can file a case of adultery also .
