Q: Someone else entered into a false rent agreement with my tenant

I have filed a suit against my neighbour for injunction not to transfer the property in which tenant is living. The tenant is giving rent to someone else who claims to be the owner but I am the owner. Can I move application To rent controller to get rent deposited in court if the tenant has made a false agreement with someone else and he has no rent agreement with me?

You can file a suit for not giving the rent to against the tenant. Simultaneously you can file suit for eviction against the tenant and criminal complaint against that person who is claiming himself as the owner of that property.



Q: Can I marry my grandfathers brothers sons daughters daughter

Can I marry my grandfather's brother's son's daughter's daughter? I am in a serious relationship with her for five years. We are working for a psu company. And from hindu religion.

Do you have any written proof of giving that money. By what mode you have given her money ? via DD, NEFT, Cheque ?? You can file police compliant or Criminal Case or Case of recovery against her if there is something in written or you have any proof of it.

I am planning to do court marriage. Gal is above 18 and boy is above 21. After applying for court marriage, will notice goes to address of both?if yes, can anyone raise objection with reason that they don't want this marriage. Both belongs to Hindu religion

Yes, the notice will be send to your respective addresses. But one cannot object with that court marriage as you are eligible to marry. To avoid Court notice at home you can do the same day marriage from the other state and get all the formalities done on the very same day and no notice will be issued afterwards.

Greetings, My friend's (Groom) marriage didn't sustain for long. Due to personal differences his wife left him within 2-3 months of their marriage. He filed for a divorce but his petition got dismissed under section 14 of the Hindu Marriage Act. It's been more than 4 years since his petition got dismissed. His wife got a decree in her favor for Restitution of conjugal right. Though she is not living with him since the time she left him. Can he again file for divorce?
