Can I file an FIR for not returning money someone owes me if I don't have written proof but have WhatsApp conversation screenshots? What are the options for filing a police complaint for recovery of money or an online complaint for not returning money?

Unless there is clear evidence of cheating or criminal intent, you can’t file an FIR if someone is not returning your money. However, you can take civil action and file a police complaint for recovery of money. Your WhatsApp conversations will serve as supporting evidence to show that you lent the money and the person has not returned it.

Q: Can family members raise objection on court marriage of adults ?

I am planning to do court marriage. Gal is above 18 and boy is above 21. After applying for court marriage, will notice goes to address of both? if yes, can anyone raise objection with reason that they don't want this marriage. Both belongs to Hindu religion, how to do court marriage without informing parents ?

Yes, the notice will be send to your respective addresses. But one cannot object with that court marriage as you are eligible to marry. To avoid Court notice at home you can do the same day marriage from the other state and get all the formalities done on the very same day and no notice will be issued afterwards.

I have filed a suit against my neighbour for injunction not to transfer the property in which tenant is living. The tenant is giving rent to someone else who claims to be the owner but I am the owner. Can I move application To rent controller to get rent deposited in court if the tenant has made a false agreement with someone else and he has no rent agreement with me?

You can file a suit for not giving the rent to against the tenant. Simultaneously you can file suit for eviction against the tenant and criminal complaint against that person who is claiming himself as the owner of that property.

No. As your case fall in the category of Sapinda Relationship and in Sapinda relationship you cannot marry upto 5 generations from the side of your father and 3 generations fro m your mother. your case fall under this category.

Do you have any written proof of giving that money. By what mode you have given her money ? via DD, NEFT, Cheque ?? You can file police compliant or Criminal Case or Case of recovery against her if there is something in written or you have any proof of it.
