Second, you can file a case before the Labour Court/Industrial Tribunal for illegal termination, where the court will examine whether due process was followed and whether the employer acted without evidence. Since your marriage is legally valid and completed 3 years ago, no one can force either spouse to take divorce. Divorce can only happen by mutual consent or if one party proves legal grounds before the court.
