Q: Legal advice about a revived case from Ex-Parte status

Saket Courts, New Delhi -(Civil suit No. 210017/16) History of the case: This case was filed by plaintiff for recovery in Delhi high court but was transferred to district court due to amount jurisdiction limit. And here we could not go to lower court. Current status is that the plaintiff`s witnesses have given their witness in defendant`s absence and case had come for final argument before revival from ex-parte status. Now case has been revived after our application from ex-parte status In this case - Defendants want following goals. Please tell will it be possible or not: 1.Defendants want to add its list of witnesses and want to bring one more defendant in this case whose right for WS has already been closed in the beginning. Shall we need to approach High court for this or this district court can do this? 2.Now defendants want correction in defendants nos. -which is currently 3 instead of 4 and mistake did by our lawyer and plaintiff also followed the same sequence.

Please see that since the case has come up for final arguments, nothing can be done. Also please inform the conditions that were imposed while reviving the right and whether your written statement is there on record or not. If your written statement is also not on record and the right to file the same has been closed and no corrective action has been take thereafter, then the case is hopelessly bad.

Q: Can a husband post his personal issues with his wife on social media

Can a husband go with media and or social media to disclose his story with public like what he is suffering ? And the wife had filed fake dowry case Or delhi police is helping her in this?

Whether the dowry case is fake or not, or; whether or not the police is helping the wife in all these things is a matter of enquiry or trial. Going to media or social media to disclose story of suffering might get the person land into fresh lease of trouble as the wife may allege defamation against the husband in case any of his post appears to be defamatory so far as the wife is concerned.

Q: What action can be taken against transportation deptt

Hi sir, I had booked my car for transfer from X to Y which was supposed to reach in a week . Now it has been 4 weeks and there is no sign of my car moreover, the owner of the transport is ignoring my calls and doesnot respond to my any message. What can i do in this case as i. Really pissed off with my car not being delivered and fear something else might have happened. I am feeling helpless sir, what can i do now? I am in Y now.

You can lodge a police complaint against the transporter for criminal breach of trust and dishonest misappropriation of property in the police station from where the car was booked for being transported to another city/destination.

Q: Does police go to college to check marksheet for police verification

Sir what is process of police verification,do the police go to our college,institutions to check our degree and marksheet?

In case where the authenticity of the mark sheet or any document presented is itself in issue or where there is a reasonable complaint to the police regarding the element of forgery in respect of a marksheet or other document, it can verify the complaint and the marksheet from the concerned college or institution which has issued such marksheet or documents.
