Q: B report of police rejected in district court for case u/s 498A

My wife filed a 498a and my 14 family members and after investigation police department have given B Final report saying that it's false case. Now my wife filed a protest petition against that report and rejected the B Final report submitted by police. please anyone help me to save my family from this case as all members are staying separately. what is b report ?

Since the B report is rejected , warrant will issued to you and police will arrest since it is a non cognizable offence .The remedy you have is is take anticipatory bail before the sessions court to avoid arrest .

Q: Builders name not coming on RTC, is it safe to buy a house

Hello I am Hindu and have planned to buy a newly constructed house, in RTC the seller name is not reflecting. However seller has a sale deed and EC is also showing in his name. Will there be any issue if I buy this property? what is the reason for not reflecting seller's name in RTC? and please suggest me whether is it okay to buy B khatha property?

Hi , If ur buying a house then check the sale deed , khata and tax paid receipt .. U dont need to worry about seller name in RTC ..RTC should be checked only while buying agriculture land ...

Q: How and where to file a bigamy case

Hi, one of my relative wants to file Bigamy case who is basically from Shimoga but residing in Bangalore with children due to conflict, please help me with the following doubts. 1) Should we go to police station 1st or can we life the case directly in court? Which is better option? 2) can we file the case in Bangalore or in Shimoga? Which will be more effective.?

Hi , U should go to the police station and file a complaint first .Since ur relative is residing in Bangalore , she can file a complaint before the jurisdictional police in Bangalore...

I have got cheated from job consultancy services, they charged some amount for offering job. she use to call me from delhi, i just wanna know who i can get my money back also after me she should not be able to cheat others. i just wanna punish her and her team.

File a complaint before the jurisdictional police first .Track the company details , phone number etc.cheating case under sec 420 can be filed .,.....,.....

Q: Children whose name is not on the document claim property

This regarding partition of a property. Father and mother died. After that 6 sons did partition of their fathers property. But for mother's property, the name of 2 younger son is not written on document. Since the document is written before the birth younger 2 sons. Are they eligible to claim the property of their mother in this regard. Or only 4 sons whose name is written on document?

Hi , Was the document u mentioned is a will executed by the mother before her death or the sons partioned it after her death ..if it's a will , the two sons are not entitled .... if the all the sons have mutually shared it then the two sons are also eligible
