Hello I am Hindu and have planned to buy a newly constructed house, in RTC the seller name is not reflecting. However seller has a sale deed and EC is also showing in his name. Will there be any issue if I buy this property? what is the reason for not reflecting seller's name in RTC? and please suggest me whether is it okay to buy B khatha property?

Hi , If ur buying a house then check the sale deed , khata and tax paid receipt .. U dont need to worry about seller name in RTC ..RTC should be checked only while buying agriculture land ...

Hi, one of my relative wants to file Bigamy case who is basically from Shimoga but residing in Bangalore with children due to conflict, please help me with the following doubts. 1) Should we go to police station 1st or can we life the case directly in court? Q: Children whose name is not on the document claim property

This regarding partition of a property. Father and mother died. After that 6 sons did partition of their fathers property. But for mother's property, the name of 2 younger son is not written on document. Since the document is written before the birth younger 2 sons. Are they eligible to claim the property of their mother in this regard. Or only 4 sons whose name is written on document?

Hi , Was the document u mentioned is a will executed by the mother before her death or the sons partioned it after her death ..if it's a will , the two sons are not entitled .... if the all the sons have mutually shared it then the two sons are also eligible
