Q: Not Making Stay In Maternal Home

Hi..I m living my parents house upto 1.5 yrs .I stayed only 5 months in maternal house.suddenly our inlaws and my husband came to my home and said we will not accept you as daughter in law.what should I do?

First, definitively determine whether you intend to continue this marriage. If so, pursue pre-litigation mediation. Otherwise, file a petition for divorce citing cruelty. If both parties mutually agree to divorce, file a joint petition. Given that the marriage is only five months old, consider marriage counseling to attempt reconciliation. However, if your spouse is unwilling to reconcile, do not prolong efforts to salvage the marriage.

Q: Permission to visit child and mutual divorce

Hi, myself and my wife living separately more than a year with mutual understanding .. for past one year she allowed me to visit our child.. but now suddenly she refusing to show our child.. she demanding me like if I want to see our child I need to go legally.. also refusing to give mutual divorce

If your partner decides to pursue a divorce, you both can opt for a mutual divorce with agreed-upon terms regarding child visitation, guardianship, and custody. Remember, no one has the right to wrongfully prevent you from seeing your child.

Q: Partner tries to file divorce. i don't want to move divorce further.

Partner not interested in family. listening parent's words and doing all action in family life. Not understanding opponent feeling. Always selfish on their points. Gave mental pressure, beating and threading saying file mutual divorce. How to deal this case if suppose divorce initiated. I don't want to give divorce. What could be done from my side.
