Q: Public ecourts record editing possibility.

I had a drink and drive incident which was settled by paying fine. Now there exists a public ecourt record. It contains a small typographic error (spacing issue) in the respondent name. My question is do court staff edit/correct these automatically (do they have the authority?) or is there any other way for it. Kindly guide.

The court staff can only dispose your challans if it has reached to the honorable court. Rest all the details would have been filled by the police officials only so even if there's any error it will be removed at the time of disposing it. How can i get seperated from my parents legally because they are very toxic and i dont want to live with themI have told them but they stopped me i am 19 years old.

Q: My lawyer threatened me destroy my case.

Last year I filled a complaint in Women's west gurgaon Police station for my case I hired a private Lawyer but he leaked all my personal proofs to the accused party and the police and he also threatened me to destroy my case and was asking for extra money to pay me and he was blackmailing me.
