Q: fir lodge railway police against my daughter statement

Sir,my daughter and my wife travel from A to B.By train ac-3 tier one of the co passenger consumed liqure and when my daughter go to bathroom he follow her and try to touch my daughterbut she is shouting loudly and run away the spot. As he is a co passenger and after this incident it is not possible to night travelling with this passenger. So my wife asking help to tt. TT report the matter to RPF and RPF askig a statement.A statement given my daughter for this regard incident and she clearly written he try to touch. railway police enquery the matter and accused passenger removed from the train.My daughter is 19 she is studying under graduate course. she herself and as a parrents we are not at all interested to carry the case.ow investigatig officer asking a statement from my daughter for chargesheted the accused person..for this context please give me advice what is my next course of action.distance betwwen my address and court is 600 km.who will give my daughter security.

Hello sir Please dont worry keep co-operate to the investigationg officer and co-operate him to finalised the chargesheet after that he produce the Finall chage sheet before the trial court and trial coourt will start proceeding and accused will also appear of each and every date before the court but the complainant will no appear on each and every date of court proceeding before the trial court untill the court will no send the complainant summon to appear before the court. Court will summon only one or two most probably thrice may be called summon to the complainant and also provide expenses to the complainant and witness by hand.You are brave person who had raised voice against anti social elemts and goons in train i appreciate to you. And also just advice fight and join investigation and coopetate the IO of the case.



Q: Being cheated by snapdeal company

I recently bought a pair of shoes from snapdeal but they sent me defective product. Issue with product is both shoes are of same feet. I placed a return request on the same day I received order but no one came to pick up order and now 7 days has passed and they are not taking it back and they won't return my money worth 2200 INR. I am being cheated and this is fraud. What should I do now? Who can help me?

Hello sir.You collect the original bills, slip and all documents and immidiately complaint before the District Consumer Forum near you. They will take action against them.You can file complaint youself against them who had cheated you and if you dont understand the procedure to file complaint you approach the District consumer forum they will provide you legal aid counsel for you and also helping to you to lodge the complant against them and also help to you to refund you money.



Q: My sister is getting torture in her inlaws

Dear Sir/Madam!Hi,My sister is in very bad situation atDehradoon her Inlaws. Her husband and his family treat her as the servant , from last six months she is facing a sevear (Major health issues) they din't even bother for her medical treatment or checkup . They force her to get up early & manage house hold work ,if she is unable to do so they abuse her her husband has beaten her so many times what should I do as herElder brother and her guardian plz suggest me bcoz Iam in delhi into private job for my daily bread .Too disturbed please suggest me Asap.Thanks

Hello sir, You dont worry you have many more options to punished you sister in-laws family.1. When the tortured and beaten you sister she can contact immidiately 100 police and explain the oncident occur with her.2. You tell you sister that she take a blank paper and write down all incident happened with her with date and time whatever their in-laws and husband cruelty with your sister. And also complaint immidiately to the nearest CAW Cell Crime Against women Cell which office is availabe in DCP office and also lodge a complaint against then in Mahila Ayog.2.Contact a Lawyer near your sister matrimonial jurisdiction Court and told her about the incident occur with her and also show him a set of complaint copy which is earlier written by your sister.3. On behalf of copy of complaint the lawyer will be file a complaint against the Husband and their family members under section PWDV ACT 2005 also read with section 12, 18, 20,21 22,and 23 of Protection of women from Domestic violence Act 2005. It is more benifit your sister.



Q: quashing of FIR 498A, etc after settlement , chargesheet not filed

in FIR all members of family named by wife.. charge sheet not filed, Divorce Decree granted by family court under HMA mutual consent. In High Court Do all members named in FIR to appear in person or only the husband for quashing of FIR hearing. They are living at separate places.

If the charge sheet not filed still so in The high court petition will filed under section 226 articles constitution of india and read with section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing the Fir before the High Court.2. It is compulsuary that all accused person whose name in Fir will be appear before the High Court at the time quashing the Fir, and complainant will also appear before the High Court at the time of quashing the Fir.3. It doesnt matter that husband is living separate and their family members living different place all will be appear before the High Court at the time of quashing the Fir.4. When the party goes to quash the Fir before the High Court it is mutually agreed between all parties and complainant will give no objection to the justice after that Fir will be quashed.
