Q: Patta transfer got order from DRO from ranipet district district

My property belongs to ranipet district I got order copy for patta for my 11 cent land property from dro sir , can I take possession breaking the lock by having this order copy which was kept locked illegally by the opposite party

No sir, you cannot break the lock even if it is illegally locked. you have to file a suit for eviction, upon order of said suit, you have to take help of local police to break the lock. this only the legal way.

Q: Ancestoral property transferred to only one daughter

I'm the youngest daughter & my mother who is the sole owner of ancestral properties of 100 years (after dad's death) transferred everything to my elder sister. My elder sister cheated me & my mother in registration office & she said she is transferring only her share. But she legally transferred entire property without our knowledge, as we were not provided the documents to read properly. Now my mother is paralysed in bed, she is not giving one rupee. Can I claim my share back as she cheated us

ஐயா, அதற்கு தங்கள் தங்கள் பகுதி நில அளவை அலுவலர், வட்டாட்சியர், வருவாய் ஆய்வாளர் ஆகியோருக்கு ஒரு மனு கொடுக்க வேண்டும். அதற்கு முன்னதாக தாங்கள் இணையம் வாயிலாக ஒரு பதிவு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும். மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட மனுவினை பதிவு தபால் அனுப்பி வைத்து பின்னர் 15 நாட்கள் கழித்து உயர் நீதி மன்றத்தில் ஒரு writ Manu தாக்கல் செய்து அதன் மூலம் தீர்வு காணலாம். எனது அலைபேசி. ஒன்பது ஒன்று ஏழு ஆறு ஐந்து ஒன்பது நான்கு நான்கு ஐந்து பூஜியம்.

the said document to be rectified by executing Rectification Deed. the same to registered with sub registrar. for the said registration both the persons should have to present before the SRO. nine one seven six five nine four four five zero

ஐயா, நானும் நாகை மாவட்டத்தை சார்ந்தவன் தான். தாங்கள் கூறியவாறு தங்களின் அண்ணனை மட்டும் தவிர்த்து பாகப்பிரிவினை செய்ய இயலாது. அவ்வாறு செய்தாலும் அதனை நீதிமன்றம் வாயிலாக நிராகரிக்க கூடும். இதற்கு தாங்கள் அனைவரும் இணைந்து ஒரு பாகப்பிரிவினை வழக்குத் தொடர நேரிடும். அந்த உத்தரவின் படி பாகப்பிரிவினை செய்வதே சிறந்த வழி. அல்லது தங்கள் அண்ணனை சமாதானம் செய்வதே சிறந்த வழி.
