What is the process and documentation/filing required for replacing a director in a private company (consisting of 2 directors) with a new director? Also for transfer of shares and any other rights from the outgoing director to the existing director?

DIR 12 has to be filed for appointment of new director with board resolution , AGM/EGM resolution, appointment letter and declaration for share transfer, SH4 form has to be filled alomg with board resolution approving share transfer



Q: sci/pil dairy number 60993 is under process

my wife has sent an application for justice to supreme court and supreme court has registered it as a PIL.SCI/PIL dairy number 60993 which is showing under process.what is next process do we have to sent notice to opposite party or we have to wait for PIL To get registered.complaint is registered on 27.11.2019 online it is showing under process.

IF income tax demand is not paid by limited liability partnership firm will the designated partners are held liable to pay it

Yes , you can always file if the corporate debtor is unable to pay your dues despite reminders provided the liability is accepted and reflecting in books of accounts of corporate debtor. the application needs to be filed with NCLT
