Case-1, Builder plot where we don't want possession and want refund.Case-2, Builder flat booked in 2013 delay in possession and as per rera website it's date is 2022. Can we get refund with interest.

You can get refund and interest if there is a delay in possession. We can file a complaint in the consumer forum. The Judges these days have become very strict with builders and in almost all the cases are granting refund and compensation. Q: regarding Non disclosure agreement

i have sign the NDA with a training company on 8thOct, 2018 as a part time intern , it was very basic one it was just of one page documents which need to be sign by me , and was mentioned a statement * since you are representing us in event/partnership or in other marketing activities any breach in data/trust/information will lead us to take legal action on it , from there onwards they started threatning me and terminate me stating about the breach of contract , which I HAVE not done , they also sent me mail next day stating the aligation and other fine from there side. let me know if its really valid documents or just he trying to threatning me

The document is valid contract but they cannot terminate or fine you without giving a proper opportunity. I have to see the documents, allegation notice and e-mail sent to you to provide further recourse/solution to the problem. Hello sir.. my name is shiva.. mere father ki ek proprietorship firm hai.. jiske proprietor bhi abhi whi hain.. mere ek chota bhai hai.. to kya mai abhi ek noc certificate bnwa skta hu jisme ki father ki sari property unki firm k asset's unki sbhi chz pr mera nh mere bhai ka right ho.. kya ye mere die noc certificate se possible hai?

possibility hai ki apke father ka right and title decide kar sakte....document ban sakta hai appke father ki propritorship ka...lekin uske liye father k naam k saare papers dekhne padenge, firm k assets ki details dekhni padenge and paper banwane padenge...aur fir transfer kar sakte hai apke bhai k naam

writing a will deed on last daughter after made settlement deed to elder daughter. which one is valid

It depends on several factors based on the nature of properties and assets. But broadly speaking both the settlement deed and will be valid. It depends on how you have distributed the properties and assets in the settlement and on the nature of the property. You can make a will in the name of your last deed of the properties of which you have the title.
