Q: rental lease money recollection from property owner
Hello, I took a property on lease before 2 years for INR 5,00,000. I vacated the property last year and property owner has paid only 30% of the lease amount and the owner is postponing until he gets next lessee. I still have access to property and the owner is okay with me to use the property until he repays, but I have no use with it. I have evidences of rental agreement, call and whatsapp recording. what step should i take in order to realize my money from the owner. Thank you

Hi sir We can file a suit for recovery of money with interest using the documentary evidences and in between we can also initiate police complaint against the land lord so that the amount would be recovered in short span
Q: this is regarding my two children custody issue
i have two children aged 4 years and 1 year old .both my mother in law and husband abducted my children from me .i have seen a lawyer to deal the issue since april she got money and now she is not filing the case and she said she is not gonna deal with this and did not give a proper explanation .i am in the middle how can i take forward to get my children

I have ordered on flipkart and the product is out for delivery status shown on 11th may but still now delivery agent delivered my order
