Meri shadi arya samaj mandir me 1 saal phle hui thi..lekin kisi problem ki wjha se me wo shadi register nahi kara payi..to kya bina shadi register karaye..kya arya samaj mandir ki shadi toot sakti he? Mera husband ab mujhe accept nahi kar raha he..to kya arya samaj shadi valid he bina registration ke ya nahi? Agar mere sasural wale mujh pe case karde to kya ye arya samaj shadi toot to nahi jayegi na?

Hello... It is not compulsory for Arya samaj marriage to get it registered with the Registrar.... Even if it is not registered, it is very much valid marriage. You must have got registration certificate from Arya samaj Mandir, that is a sufficient document to proof your marriage. Nahi, Aapke sasural wale Aapki Shadi Bina divorce ke Nahi tod sakte. Q: Consequences of having a live-in relation while case is already going

Hi, What happens if I had a live-in relationship with unmarried woman when DVC, Divorce and 498a proceedings are in court. She is willing to marry me after i got divorce. till then she want to stay with me. I clearly told her that these proceedings will take n number of years. even though she is ready. she wants to stay with me and have children. please let me know the consequences if she stays with me and also Let me know what are my rights in this case. I just crossed 40 and want to have children badly. My ex is not willing to go for MCD and we dont have children.

Living relationship will give no legal status to you n your girl friend even if you two get married until you get divorce from your existing marriage. I will suggest you not to further complicate your already troublesome personal life. Initially it seems difficult but with the help of counselings at Family Court n meetings with your wife n her lawyer can pave some way



Q: Divorce on the ground of cruelty for not meeting son

I am 34 years and was married in 2009 in delhi. I am residing in Bangladesh presently want to divorce wife for cruelty for not letting me meet my son. In bangladesh, son was born and she returned to India in 2015 itself. Ive' sent money every month for upbringing of my child and her maintainance she refuses to let me meet our son for over 2 years. I earn around 2L a month whilse she is earning a salary of around 60 K a month. I have the following questions. 1) My marriage was not registered however it was completed as per the Indian Rituals which makes it valid. Since i left India, I do not have access or any records of my marriage. No photographs, no invitation cards, can i file affidavit with divorce petition requesting her to produce the records? What are the landmark judgments for seeking cruelty for not meeting the chiild?
